PRICING: Please note that all prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs will be added to your total at the end of your purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders may be placed online 24/7 or by phone at 1-877-781-5477 between the hours of 8am and 6pm Central Time. Please be sure to include your phone number when ordering in case we need to contact you.
Items that are in stock will ship within 3 to 10 business days. Wrought Iron products, Picnic Time products and Candle Items will be shipped separately and may be delivered either via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
Credit Cards will be charged when the order ships or within 30 days of the transaction.
Back Orders: Customers will be notified ASAP if any item is back-ordered or if an item is out of stock and we will email you with an estimated date when the item will be available to ship. We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped and provide you a tracking number so that you may monitor your delivery status.
Secure Transactions: All online Credit Card transactions are secured by Yahoo! Secure shopping cart and online credit card processing. All Credit Card information is verified by the online AVS (Address Verification System) and CVV (Card Verification Value) that is built in to the secure shopping cart system to insure the security of our online shoppers. All offline or phoned-in Credit Card transactions are verified and secured through Authorize.Net.
All Credit Card and any financial information are removed from our database after 30 days following a completed transaction in compliance with the PCI Security Standards Council.
SALES TAX: Sales tax only applies to customers purchasing orders for delivery in Missouri and Kansas.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are all accepted.
Credit Cards will not be charged until either the order has shipped or within 30 days from when the order was placed (this is for custom orders that may take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery). Credit Card statements may show more than one transaction which would indicate that Authorizations were performed, but only one transaction will be an actual charge to the account.
PayPal will require that you provide a valid E-Mail address and you Must be PayPal Verified with a Confirmed PayPal Shipping Address. If payment is not successfully captured when you place your order then you will receive a PayPal invoice that will need to be paid before your order is processed.
For those customers who are uncomfortable using their credit card online we also have an Order Form that you can download, print out and fill in your ordering information: Item, Description, Price, Payment information, Shipping and Billing info. You can either fax the order to OKDecor.com at 816-781-5482 Please include your phone number in case we need to contact you to regarding your order or payment information.
You may also mail your Order Form to us along with a Money Order or Cashiers Check. On rare occasions we will accept a personal check but only with pre-approval by OKDecor.com. Please note that Orders placed with Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared through our bank.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES:
Damaged Items: Items that are received damaged will be replaced to you at no extra cost. Please note that you must notify OKDecor.com within five (5) calendar days of receiving any damaged item.
Shortages: All shortages must be reported to OKDecor.com within five (5) calendar days of receipt of the package so that we can fill the order to completion. Order records will be verified to confirm shipment quantities.

RETURNS:
Merchandise Returns: Customer satisfaction is our Number One Priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify OKDecor.com within five (5) days of receipt of the item for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and the correct return address.
Please DO NOT ship the item back without receiving an RMA Number. Items must be packed in their original shipping containers and shipped to the correct return address that we will provide you with or we cannot guarantee refunds. Refunds will be for product purchase price only, excluding any and all shipping and insurance fees, unless you have received the item damaged. Please include your Order number (for online orders) or your Invoice number (for offline orders) with your inquiry.
Please note: Candles can only be returned and will only be replaced if they are received broken or otherwise defective (i.e. missing wicks, etc.). The customer will be responsible for all candle return shipping costs.

REFUSED & CANCELLED ORDERS:
Cancelled Orders: Orders may be canceled prior to processing only. A manufacturer 20% restocking fee, in addition to freight charges, will be charged on all orders cancelled after the item has been processed.
Refused Deliveries: Please note that any shipment that is refused or returned without prior authorization will result in additional freight charges to the customer for the return shipping fee that will be imposed by UPS as well as a manufacturer 20% restocking fee.
UPS Shipping Notice: UPS will charge a special handling fee for undeliverable packages; refused packages; Returned Domestic packages refused by the consignee, or which it can not deliver due to any other cause beyond UPS's control. This is a UPS shipping rule which has been in place for several years.
NOTE - All of the aforementioned fees and additional freight charges are not included in the Free Shipping offer and will be passed on to the customer should any fo these situations arise.

SHIPPING DOMESTIC:
SHIPPING COSTS: The Shipping amount is automatically calculated based on the item's ship-weight and delivery location (Zip Code) by UPS OnLine® Tools plus any UPS box charges and any manufacturers handling fees.
Shipping Methods:
Please note that your order may be shipped in separate shipments using different carriers from our distribution centers around the country. This will depend on which products were purchased. Partial Packing Lists will be included with the separate deliveries.
Wrought Iron products are packaged to ship via UPS Ground in the contiguous 48 United States. They may also be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for smaller item(s) that will fit in those cartons.
Picnic Time products will ship via FedEx.
Soy Candle products will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or by UPS Ground shipping depending on the size of the order.
Once again, shipping rates are estimated based on the item(s) ship-weight and delivery location (Zip Code) and USPS Priority Mail will include a $3 packing/handling charge.
Additional Shipping Costs: Please note that some of our items require irregular sized boxes or boxes over 60 inches which UPS charges at a 30 lbs ship weight and our box cost is an additional $8.50 to ship. Those items include our 112 inch & 130 inch Curtain Rods and Mitten Dryer Stands.
Actual shipping costs may exceed the UPS calculated shipping estimate. We will notify you either by email or by phone if the actual shipping costs exceed the calculated amount.
Express Shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3-Day Select are also now available as shipping methods that you can select at checkout. They will also be calculated using UPS OnLine® Tools and there will be an extra $5 handling charge to place it ahead of other orders.
Alaska and Hawaii - Please use USPS Priority Mail to Hawaii & Alaska as your Shipping Method. Shipping costs will be estimated using item Ship-weights. Insurance will be automatically applied and will range from $1.50 to $50.00 depending on the item(s) purchased.

Please note: At this time we ONLY ship internationally to Canada and the UK.
UPS Standard to Canada: This shipping method is calculated by UPS OnLine® Tools and will be based on the ship-weight of the order as well as the location by Postal Code in Canada that it will be shipping to. IMPORTANT NOTE: OKDecor.com CANNOT ship via UPS Ground to the UK. You must select USPS Priority Mail International (UK)
USPS Priority Mail International (UK): This shipping method will be based on the ship-weight of the order according to the USPS Priority Mail International shipping price list that should service All points in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark, and the Isle of Man. You should be able to select the shipping method, USPS Priority Mail International (UK), from the Shipping Method drop down box when you are checking out. A $3 handling charge will be included in the shipping costs. WARRANTY INFORMATION:
OKDecor.com works directly with our Manufacturers and passes all warranties to the customer. OKDecor.com makes no representations or warranties either express or implied, of any kind other than those warranties provided by the manufacturers of the products we sell.
Manufacturers Warranty: Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. The warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.
Candle info: Sometimes burning issues happen if the candle is not burned properly. A candle should be burnt for one hour for every inch it is wide. This allows for a full melt pool. If it is snuffed before this time, then you will see tunneling or wax left on the sides of the container. Situations like this are not considered to be a result of a product defect.
